Jazz Nights at Roedde House: The Pillow Talk Trio

This event is now ever. Look out for the next installment of our jazz series -- Sharon Minemoto will be taking the stage of our quaint Victorian parlour on Thursday December 11th.

The Pillow Talk Trio developed out of an appreciation for singer-songwriter and American folk musics, as well as a collective interest in exploring different methods of interpreting form, tonality, and improvisation. The music is intimate and spontaneous, influenced by the small ensemble work of Jimmy Giuffre and Ornette Coleman. The trio is Emma Postl (voice), Stefan Thordarson (violin) and Eli Davidovici (bass)

About Jazz Nights at Roedde House:
This concert is part of a monthly concert series, taking place on the 2nd Thursday of each month, in the evening. Come by at 6:30pm to explore the main floor of this unique heritage house. Tea & cookies served at intermission.

Options include the parking lot at the Empire Landmark Hotel (Robson & Broughton) or street parking on Robson and in the West End.

Parking spots are scarce in the neighbourhood, so give yourself some extra time or use public transportation. (Closest Skytrain station: Burrard. We are on the #5 Robson bus route)
