Curious Appetite's walking tour of the Market and Italian Pasta Demo with a Tuscan Twist
This activity takes guests on a walking tour of the historic Pike Place Market, visiting iconic purveyors of the Pacific Northwest Bounty. We will discover seasonal, local produce with cooking tips along the way as well as some sample tasting at select stops. The activity ends with a demo on making winter squash ravioli OR fresh tagliatelle with a winter squash sugo. Perfect for vegetarians and vegans.
