Guided Forest Therapy/"Forest Bathing" Walk to Celebrate Earth Day
Lincoln Park Seattle, WA
A guided forest therapy/forest bathing walk, about two hours in length. This is a gentle and mindful encounter with natures fullness, an opportunity to slow down and become fully tuned in and present to the more-than human-world. Through a series of optional invitations, participants are guided to experience the profound physical, emotional and spiritual benefits of connecting with Nature, sometimes resulting in surprising realizations. This event will take place at Lincoln Park in Seattle. The walk will be gentle and slow, suitable for participants beyond age 14; no special level of fitness is required. Led by Dan Stroh, a guide certified by the Association for Nature and Forest Therapy and a Wilderness First Aid Responder. All proceeds will be donated to a local environmental non-profit organization. |
