Since September of last year, wages for women have been increasing at a rate higher than their male counterparts, and some credit The Great Resignation as a key factor. Despite this increase in wages, women are still making 83 cents to the dollar in comparison to men. In efforts to close the wage gap, this panel discussion will explore negotiation tactics and highlight the importance of advocating for yourself in the workplace.
