The wonder of Pasadena's golden era awaits you, as the Castle celebrates the holidays! On this guided tour, you will be taken through the ground floor and provided historical information on our buildings unique features. You will also be given a guided tour through the upper floors and private condominiums - including our iconic Bridge and Roof!
Built in 1898, the Castle was designed by architect Frederick I. Roehrig with influence of Moorish, Spanish and Victorian elements, and has turn of the century glamour and charm. Today, the Castle has become one of the most cherished historic buildings in Pasadena and remains a majestic centerpiece of the city. A Nationally Registered Historic Monument and Officially Designated Pasadena Treasure.
