* This is a call to action our profession needs to reflect the diversity of our communities, promote equity in design and be inclusive to all.

* Hear from a recent Olmsted Scholar as to how his firm is facilitating the pipeline in communities of color; two emerging professionals who have instigated a DEI program in their firm; and an ASLA Fellow whose leadership has actively embraced DEI actions. |
