Join the Adroit Theory Crew on Saturday January 25th, as we host our Six-Year Anniversary; a.k.a. DAWN OF A DARK DAY BEERFEST. This will be the most evil line up of beers + mayhem we have crafted yet. Plus, we are releasing a special beer exclusively at this event.

The price for the MetalFest is $15.00 for the concert only or $25.00 for the concert AND Unlimited Tastings. Note, there will NOT be any regular bar service during the METALFEST. If you purchase the $15.00 option consider it a non-alcohol event.

Bottle Share:
If you have attended any of our Bottle Share events, then you know these are special events where guests are encouraged to bring whales to share with the group. We will supply a large collection of bottles/cans/crowlers we have collected. We encourage you to bring up to (2) of your favorite beers to share with the other attendees. You will be instructed where to put your bottles upon your arrival. All bottle share pours will take place in a separate roped area in the outside tent.
Changes from Last Year:
If you attended last year, thank you! There are some changes from the setup last year. Please review the following changes:
We WILL have more heaters in the outside tent! That said, it is January, so dress accordingly.
We WILL have a 2nd bar in the outside tent serving the EXACT same beers as the inside bar. This will (hopefully) reduce the bar bottleneck. That said, please be respectful. Order your drink at the bar and then step aside. Do NOT congregate at the bar(s).
The MetalFest Event is NOT included with your Dawn of a Dark Day Beer Fest ticket. It will need to be purchased separately.
This is an UNLIMITED SAMPLES event. There are no drink tickets.
No bottles of ANY beer is included with your Dawn of a Dark Day BeerFest ticket. You will be given the option of purchase bottles, but ZERO bottled beer is included with your ticket price.
All retail sales for merchandise, bottles, cans, etc will be held at a separate table inside the front Tap Room. ZERO sales will be made at either the inside or outside bars.
There will be ZERO growler sales at this event.
Weather:
Both Dawn of a Dark Day + METAL FEST will be held in a heated tent on the front of the building. It is a rain or shine event. That said, it is January and there are some weather conditions (Ice, Significant Snow, etc) that might force us to reschedule this event. We will make a decision on any rescheduling on the Thursday before the event. In the event of a reschedule, the tentative make-up date is February 1st.
Changes or Substitutions:
We will update all social media platforms and ticket sites with any information that changes from the original post. Note, Adroit Theory reserves the right to make any changes to the event to accommodate unforeseen events. All details are subject to change including Adroit Theory beer releases, Guest Beers, and Bands. Adroit Theory will strive to relay changes to guests, and take reasonable steps if substitutions will be made.
Refunds:
No cancellations or refunds.
Release Beer Willett Bourbon Barrel Aged Variant of Demons Surround Me - RIS:
We will announce the exact number of bottles we have available for sale the morning of January 25th, 2020. If there are any bottles available, they will go on sale on the day of the event at 1:30pm at the Retail Sales Table on a first come, first served basis.
Bottle Pickup:
We hope everyone who purchases bottles online with their Dawn of a Dark Day BeerFest ticket will attend the event. That said, we realize sometimes things happen to prevent attendance. Here are some things you need to know about any pre-purchased bottles:
No proxies for bottle pick up.
You will need to bring your ID that matches your ticket checkout name.
We will hold any bottles purchased, but not picked up the day of the event, for 30 days.
After 30 days the bottles will be forfeit, and no refunds will be issued.
We are not shipping this beer. It needs to be picked up at the Tasting Room.
Parking:
There will be ZERO parking in the Adroit Theory rear parking lot. You may park in the Commuter Lot to the right of the brewery. There are over 150 spaces, and you can leave your car overnight as there is no gate. If the lot is full, you can park on North Bailey Lane directly behind the brewery. Or better yet, arrive via Uber or Lyft.
Over Consumption:
WE WILL MONITOR ANY OVER CONSUMPTION CLOSELY AND WILL CUT OFF ANY PATRONS AT ANY TIME. OVERLY INTOXICATED INDIVIDUALS WILL BE EJECTED FROM THE EVENT WITH NO REFUND.
