Join Bread for the World, Oxfam, ONE Campaign, CARE, and Save the Children Action Network for lunch to highlight Sen. Rischs leadership as Chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee and discuss the U.S. role in addressing global poverty and international development through foreign assistance. The event will also highlight the importance of Rischs leadership on international issues given their local impacts on the economy and community in Boise and across Idaho.
Doors open at 11:30am with the program to begin at 12:00pm in the Idaho Room at the Idaho State Museum.
This is nonpartisan event with a focus on foreign affairs and international development. This is also an invite-only event, RSVP is required. Walk-ins will not be permitted entry. Attendees will be asked to adhere to our group norms of nonpartisan dialogue and respectful questions. Lunch will provided.
