The Wizard of Oz
Playful People Productions kicks off their 2019-2020 Tenth Anniversary Season with a whimsical, musical journey that goes Over the Rainbow. This family-friendly classic is appropriate for all ages and features both youth and family casting.
When a tornado rips through Kansas, Dorothy and her dog, Toto, are whisked away in their house to the magical land of Oz. They follow the Yellow Brick Road toward the Emerald City to meet the Wizard. En route, they meet a Scarecrow who needs a brain, a Tin Man missing a heart, and a Cowardly Lion who wants courage. Along the way, they encounter many challenges, come face-to-face with a witch, and discover that there truly is no place like home.
Our shows often sell out in advance of show weekend. Purchase tickets early to guarantee a seat for this fantastic production.

1. Children's Floor tickets are spaces on the floor for children to sit. Children must be able to sit independent of their caregiver as adults and youth 12 and older are not permitted to sit in this area.
2. Companion Seats are only to be reserved with a wheelchair space. There is one companion space for each wheelchair space. |
