Cider School: Red Fleshed Ciders

Not to be confused with the contemporary trend of Rosé Ciders mad with infused ingredients, red fleshed ciders are made with nothing more than pressed apples. Unique tree varieties will produce fruit with red throughout (not to be confused with just a red peel for instance).
And the ciders that result from their juice create vibrant, wild flavors that go beyond tasting like just an everyday apple. With no other adjuncts, red fleshed ciders can display aromas and character of other fruits like watermelon, cranberry or rhubarb. And they are rare; very few of these Ciders are even produced, because the fruit is in such small supply.
Tickets include a flight of four ciders, table side snacks and the class instructor. Of course, we always end with something special from the cellar for a final toast.
