The focus of our gathering is: The Art and Science of Building Your Network
Our special guest is Amy Varga, VP Business Banker with Centier Bank Building a network that really works for your business is about having a continuous audit of the ways people you know connect and create opportunity.
According to Janine Garner, entrepreneur and Fortune 500 mentor and author, building a network that works is both an art and a science. It is an art in that it requires basic human skills in communication, connection, authenticity and the ability to be 'in the present' and engaged with people and conversation.
"Building a network strategically requires an ongoing analysis and audit of the people within the network and a sustained curiosity around the levels of diversity and connectivity within the group. It's about seeing the lines that connect people and ideas to create opportunity. Join us as Amy shares her secrets of success with regard to networking. How does she integrate the art and science of networking? She will share her philosophy as well as a few practical tips.
As a member of Centier's growing commercial lending team, Amy is an experienced and reliable financial partner for businesses of any size. She can assist with securing financing for business establishment, growth, and maturity, all in effort to support the economic and business needs of South Bend, Elkhart, and the Greater Michiana Region.
