Pop Up Kitchen: Lost Lake Dinner with Jess Young
A portion of the proceeds from this dinner, inspired by the finest Alaska has to offer, will benefit the Lost Lake Run for Cystic Fibrosis, which Jess will be running (walking) in for the third year in a row as part of the Anchorage Yoga & Cycle team.
Jess is life-long Alaskan & lover of food. She's been a baker, cake maker, cook on the train, & itinerant chef for hire. These days she is a yoga teacher, occasional scientist, & DIY Airstream renovator in the heart of Spenard. "I'm a scientist, I believe in research, and I know how hard it is to get funding. So to be a part of this amazing race, which raises money for something so important as helping a person BREATHE, of course I'll put on a pair of running shoes and do this."
Jess puts on the running shoes so you don't have to. Instead you can enjoy this fantastic meal knowing that a portion of your ticket price will go to this great cause.
