The Blue Hill Bach orchestra, chorus, and soloists perform one of the greatest oratorios of all time, J.S. Bach's St. John Passion.
Bach's setting of text and poetry create a deeply human and intensely dramatic telling of the betrayal, suffering, and death of Christ.
Tenor Dann Coakwell as the Evangelist, bass Jacob Cooper as Jesus, bass John David Adams as Pilate, and soloists Nacole Palmer, Abigail Lennox and Kayla Gayton, soprano; Jay Carter, alto; Jonas Budris and Zachary Fisher, tenor; and Andrew Cloutier, bass. |
