The class will cover:

o Septic inspection demonstration
o Well and septic maintenance tips
o Septic inspection certification test

If your main objective is to save money by getting certified to do your own inspection, here are the conditions that must be met. The septic system must be:
o gravity fed
o owner-occupied
o previously inspected by a certified inspector (homeowners can do inspections every other time, alternating with a certified inspector)
o at your primary residence and not part of the sale of your property.

This workshop is co-sponsored by WSU Clark County Extension and the Clark County Clean Water Program, with help from Clark County Public Health.
