Love Yourself Madly: A Workshop with Scott Stabile

London, England on March 23rd from 13:30 - 17:30.

There is no relationship more important than the one we have with ourselves. Still, most of us don't give enough energy to our self-care and our self-love. We don't treat ourselves like our own best friends. We don't recognize how vital it is to fill our own cups first, so that we have more to offer others, and to offer our world.

Do you want to take better care of yourself?
Do you want to love yourself more?
Do you want to have tools and create habits that honor your worth?

If you answered yes to those questions (and I hope you did), then let's make it happen.

I'm convinced that the path to living a more joyful, peaceful and meaningful life begins with self-love. The more I've learned to love myself, the better I care for myself, and the more love I naturally generate toward others. There is no downside to self-love. Lots of upside, though.

In this workshop, we are going to look at ourselves honestly and love ourselves madly. We'll learn how to shift our self-abusive thoughts into self-loving ones, and how to empower ourselves with our thoughts and actions. We'll shift the focus of our inner critics and turn them into our inner cheerleaders. Really, we are going to celebrate the hell out of ourselves, so that we can experience how possible (even easy) it is to do.

I'll be leading class discussion, we'll be writing a good bit (many fun writing exercises!), and also breaking up into groups for some interpersonal exercises.

You'll have ample opportunity to ask questions, share your experiences, and connect with other open-hearted, kick-ass humans.

Please bring a journal or notebook, and above all, a willingness to love yourself.

The workshop will be taking place in London on Saturday, March 23rd, at The Study Society from 13:30-17:30.

Here's what past attendees had to say about Scott's workshops:

"Give yourself the gift of an afternoon with Scott. Greeted on the spot with a big bear hug, this man radiates love and light and fosters a welcoming, comfortable atmosphere. Hes also not afraid to take you gently, with guidance and wisdom into some of the murky, darker things that we all must navigate in this very human existence - fear, shame, forgiveness, empathy, compassion. The energy of the group was so safe and nonjudgemental. It was paramount to the kind of writing he helps prompt you to excavate from within. The flow of his workshop was almost effortless in the way we spent time writing, sharing and writing some more. I left his workshop with a full heart, many wonderful connections and so much more clarity around the work I want to do in order to continue to heal." - Suzannah S.

"I had no idea of the level of connection, insight and action that would be inspired by one afternoon workshop with Scott. Through love, candid conversation and creative exercises, I emerged ready to take on my fears and excited to make progress toward my dreams while gaining a new-found support network in the wonderful people I met during the workshop." - Kristin H.

"I can't say enough good things about Scott's workshop. He is such a warm and loving presence and it is felt the moment you enter the room. I felt safe and supported by not only Scott but the participants. I learned such valuable tools and techniques that afternoon. I have already put in to practice what I learned and will continue to do so for many years to come. Highly recommended." - Danelle S.

"If Scott comes to your town, GO to his workshop. Drop everything and GO. You will walk away feeling more aware of yourself, and most likely more at peace with yourself. I sure did. The writing exercises are exceptional, but there's something about Scott specifically that blew me away. Such wisdom and compassion. And he's really funny too. Like I said, JUST GO. You will be so grateful you did." - Jenny K.
