Making Implant Dentistry Profitable & Predictable/How Not to Fail in General Dentistry

DATE - Friday, November 9, 2018
TIME -Registration  7:45 am, Lecture  8:00 am  4:00 pm
PLACE -Union Station, 125A Pleasant Street, Northampton, MA

COURSE TOPIC: The secret to managing a successful practice is systems.  Whether youre figuring out how to improve accounts receivable or market to new patients, your approach should be the same.  There is no single playbook that will work for every practice but there is a leadership philosophy that will consistently get results.
Have you restored implants and lost money?  Why is it that dentists struggle to keep implant dentistry profitable?  Perhaps your case acceptance is low, or your lab bill is too high, or there always seem to be costly complications that put you in the red.
This course will whip your systems into shape and make implant dentistry profitable and hassle free again, as well as reveal the critical dental practice systems and give you the skill set youll need to customize and implement them into your own business

COURSE OBJECTIVES: Upon completion of this course, attendees will learn how to:
1.Identify the essential systems in a dental practice
2.Use key performance indicators to evaluate the success of your systems
3.Adapt best practices to your specific needs
4. Explore provisional restoration options
5.Create fees
6.Evaluate case presentation
7.Avoid costly complications
