Emmaus Counseling Center presents 2018 Faith Community and Mental Health Summit focusing on "Things We Don't Talk About, But Need To: SUICIDE" Topics include: Role of the Faith Community; Recognizing Risks; Responding to Those at Risk: and Recovery After the Crisis. Community agencies will also have information booths sharing resources and services for those with mental health issues.
Our primary focus is the faith community, but the event is open to the entire community. Speakers include: BJ Olson, Kimberly Star, Kristi Haynes, and Ron Almberg. |
