From doo wop to hip hop, and all the soul, jazz, funk, rhythm and blues in between, there isn't much that Lucas has not done with his voice. The Lansing native has been singing since he was just out of diapers, and has been entertaining crowds his whole life at different venues in a wide range of styles. However, no matter what stage he steps on, he feels most at home doing what he loves.

Lucas' most recent venture has involved leading the funky groove band Tell Yo Mama in song for nearly four years, but he has done much more in the last couple. In November of 2016, a week after a video featuring him singing while working at Dollar General went viral across the nation, the 26 year-old singing cashier appeared on Good Morning America. Merely days after that, he joined one of his idols, neo soul legend Maxwell, onstage at The Palace in Auburn Hills before 20,000 guests. And within a year, he was auditioning in L.A., vocalizing for Jennifer Hudson, and competing in the thirteenth season of NBC's The Voice.

After making the top 24 out of 40,000+ contestants, Lucas flew back to Michigan and began pursuing his music career full-time. While he still plays with Tell Yo Mama as his main focus, the soul singer has been perfecting his craft as a solo act for a long time. Despite the challenges of the starving artist's life, this one is eager to stay the course to wherever it may lead him, as long as it always leads him home.

Gabe Hammes is a 13-year-old boy who loves to play music. He plays the guitar, piano, drums, saxophone, and he sings. His goal one day is to tour all around the world and record multiple cd's. He has had many opportunities to play at venues, coffee shops, and church's. He credits Mr. Joshua Hicks and his family for giving him encouragement, love, and lessons. He also credits Clint Dickerson for helping grow his musical career. His first single "Always There" was written about his Grandpa who had died when he was only 4 years old but his memories still and will always have a place in his heart. His is fun and enthusiastic heart that he brings to the stage is something people look forward to when they go to his shows.
