Friday, September 21st is International Day of Peace! Joins us for our fist ever International Day of Peace Celebration and Performance at Mendocino College. This event will feature Cascada de Flores, an ensemble that presents concerts as a duet to a sextet, bringing the nostalgic song and traditions of Mexico and its neighbors into simple and beautiful arrangements that allow space for both improvisation and pure expression. The event will also host dancers from our local SPACE Theatre and Paquiyollotzin, Ballet Folklorico of Petaluma!! A cash bar with Beer, Wine, & Refreshments will also be available! Proceeds for this event will go to Rotary Club of Ukiah activities and Scholarships for students!! Tickets: $15 for adults, $5 for children 12 & under, FREE for Mendocino College students. |
