Deep Rest Yoga

Bring a blanket and join the wonderful Charlotte Barrow and Emma Lowther-Wright for a deeply restful evening to ease away physical and mental tension and find a deep peace.
The evening will take you gradually into deeper states of relaxation.
Level 1, Gentle yoga: Charlotte will teach a gentle yoga session to ease out physical tightness and tension. The mind starts to quieten down.
Level 2, Breath: Charlotte will take us into a Pranayama (breathing) practice to connect us with our breath, creating more space in the body, slowing the heat rate and calming the mind further.
Level 3: Soundbath: Emma will play beautiful singing bowls which are tuned to the endocrine system. We will simply listen, wrapped in blankets, while the vibrations work on a cellular level to release deeper physical tension and the sound encourages the brain waves to enter the state that we encounter during deep rest.
