THE TOPIC: Various aspects of practice management will be discussed, with a focus on improving the patient experience through more efficient systems. Recent advances in dental technology will be reviewed, and their role in a modern practice will be explained. Methods to improve patient acquisition, retention, and case acceptance will also be presented.

THE SPEAKER: Bob Tremblay A veteran figure in the dental industry, Mr. Tremblay has nearly forty years of experience and currently works for Henry Schein Dental. Bob specializes in educating practices on modern technology and a wide range of inhouse treatment options, with a strong emphasis on improving the patient experience as a means to grow the patient base of a practice. He is certified to facilitate training on OSHA/HIPPA and other regulatory compliances. Bob has also been featured in the industry trade magazine Proofs, and has received numerous corporate national awards for sales and sales training.
