This is a 21 and over event that will pair beers from SunKing Brewing, Bier Brewery, Flat 12 Bierwerks, TAXMAN BREWING CO., & Scarlet Lane Brewing Co will be paired with gourmet courses prepared by the Omni Severin Chefs. The beers will be described by the Brew Masters from each of the Breweries and the Chefs will talk about the food that is being paired with the beer and how each compliment the other.
