Apple Harvest & Wine Fest

Join us in our 4th year of celebrating local agriculture, farms, food, wineries and now amuse bouche food pairing too.

The indoor/outdoor Apple Harvest & Wine Fest is a fundraiser for the Milk Lady Farmers Markets WIC program to help the neediest in our communities. 10% of event proceeds go the this program. See:

Saturday October 4, from 2 pm until 7 pm. Last call at 6:40 pm at the downtown Silver Spring B&O Rail Station, 8100 Georgia Avenue, 20910. Indoor warming center, enclosed Party Tent, covered patio.

Food Pairing ticket holders select your arrival tickets to arrive at staggered times at 2:00 PM, 3:00 PM or 4:00 PM so that you have time to select your food options without a huge crowd, pick out your perch and enjoy the festivities. Ticket Sales and wine pouring will begin at 2:00 PM.

Bring your chairs and blankets. Kids Play Space-- arts and crafts. Relax and stroll to live music. Wines for sale by bottle and/or glass. Localvores look out, chefs of renown bring BBQ, baked goods, and Maryland wines. Knouse Orchard brings sweet, local apple harvest of 8+ varieties, great gifts like apple BBQ sauce, apple honey walnut chutney, yum!
