You've likely walked or driven by the newly renovated home of Ryan & Shannon Buchanan at 1609 SE 16th. Their vision turned what was a crumbling eyesore into one of Ladd's Additions most beautiful historic homes. Join the celebration to see the renovation results from attic to basement. It is a truly impressive place! And see what the couple has planned for their upcoming landscape rework that will complete their exceptional renovation effort.

In addition to the home tour and historic presentation, there will be catered appetizers along with adult and non-alcoholic beverages, a Spotify playlist created for the event and delivered over the whole-home music system, and a truly interesting Ladd's Addition presentation. Save Our Elms' most recent fundraiser event attracted over 100 neighbors and was a great success. Please plan on joining your friends and the Save Our Elms team for what will be a fun and important neighborhood event.

Tickets are $50 each or two for $90 and must be purchased in advance of the event at Brown Paper Tickets (sorry, there's a processing fee at the website). During the event, there will an opportunity to purchase Golden Tickets for an opportunity to wine a half case of wine and gift certificates to a neighborhood restaurant. Golden Tickets are $25 each. All funds go to Save Our Elms tree protection and planting efforts in Ladd's Addition. A portion of the ticket is tax deductible.
