2014 CRUZ FEST, a Benefit for Growing Up Wild

The Cruz Fest is an all-ages outdoor event in the redwood forest featuring live music by the B-Side Players, Ancestree, Boostive, and a drum circle led by Ibou N'gom. Dj Patty from Santa Cruz's Dance Church will spin the classic funk jams for a dance party. Kid's activities from 3:30-6pm with a special performance by bubble magician extraordinaire, Tom Noddy at 5pm. For sale - Organic food by Conscious Creations Catering and beer on tap by Chanti Shack. Growing Up Wild is a bilingual outdoor education program that helps youth and families with children in Santa Cruz County develop nature awareness, life skills, and physical fitness by providing camping and backpacking experiences. All proceeds from this event will help support our summer programs.
