** RACE 3 **

The Powder Keg Cup, Eaglecrests after-hours uphill-downhill race series, is back full force and in-person!

We are spicing things up by adding more divisions based on age. In addition to the usual divisions of men's & women ski and split board, well have one for participants ages 45-59, with another division for those 60+! There will also be an award for the best costume!

EVENT DETAILS

Date: April 2 near the base of Hooter chairlift
Check-in: 4:00 - 4:30 PM
Start time: 4:30 PM
Entry fee: $15 All proceeds will benefit the Coastal Alaska Avalanche Center
Routing will be announced during event check-in.
.Just like in 2019, overall champions will be crowned based on their best two finishes!

Prizes have been donated by Wild Oven.

Eaglecrest is considered backcountry terrain when not operating, and Ski Patrol services are unavailable. Know Before You Go! Racers must carry an avalanche beacon, shovel, and probe. Participation is at your own risk.
