Bare! True Stories of Sex Desire and Romance
Each month, Bare! brings together storytellers, comedians, sex educators and others to share true tales from their own experiences of sex, desire and romance. With stories as diverse as the people telling them, Bare! opens doors to bedrooms, back seats and dungeons to tell what your mama left out about the birds, bees and in-betweens.
This month, your intrepid host doubles up with the dynamic duo co-hosts of The Encyclopedia Show to double time with long-form and team storytelling:

Jefferson is the curator and host of Bare! A sex educator and writer, Jefferson keeps a pseudonymous blog, One Life, Take Two, that details his life as a parent and pervert. He is a storyteller frequently seen on stages around the city and elsewhere, including The Moth, where he is a StorySlam winner. He is also host of the monthly series Spill! True Stories of Queer Sex, Desire and Romance.
Shivali Chevtastic is a comedian and singer laugh-rocking her way around the many stages of the DC area. Originally hailing from Texas, this performer has a larger-than-life personality that will leave you captivated and craving something sweet. When she's not singing and slinging jokes, you can find her co-producing and hosting The Encyclopedia Show DC on the first Friday of every month. She prefers her martinis extra dirty, enjoys trivia and has incredibly awful depth perception. With heels as high the sky, there's a significant chance she'll fall off the stage.
Kevin T Phillips is a comedian and storyteller by night and an IT professional by morning and most of the afternoon. Hailing from quaint Spring Hill, Kansas, Kevin builds on his Midwest upbringing and endless fascination with yelling. Kevin can be seen performing across various venues all over the DC/Baltimore area. Kevin also co-produces the Encyclopedia Show DC at the Woolly Mammoth and likes to spend his free time sleeping upright.
