A training in Delsarte awakens the student to the basic expressive meaning of every part of the body.  This 3-hour workshop will be inspirational to anyone who wants to communicate more expressively and effectively with their body  dancers, actors, singers, public speakers, and more.  Although aimed at burlesque performers, ANY type of performer will benefit from this workshop

Part I: The Wolf, The Lamb, and The Divine Beauty The first two hours will explore the body language of the the primary archetypes of burlesque.  We will consider the three forms of seduction, and starting with leg positions work our way through the body to explore how to best control our image in performance in a variety of styles, and thus control our audience.

Part II: The Arms and Hands of a Dancer The final hour of the workshop will look at meaning and symbolism of all the parts of the arms and hands, and how to use them to mesmerize and communicate with an audience.
