LAVC Welcome Week 2018
Welcome Week is an opportunity for building a Valley College community by bringing together new and returning students on campus. It's a time to encourage student involvement, boost school spirit and create life-long memories. Come and learn about campus resources and join campus clubs and organizations.

Tuesday, August 28

PARTY WITH THE PRESIDENT
Location: Student Union Plaza
Event Time: 11am-1pm
College president Erika Endrijonas will welcome students at 12:00 pm. Event activities include:

Live Music

Rafles
Club Fair
Photo Booth (take picture and #monarchpride #lavc)

Club/Organization Fair

Time: 9am-1pm
Meet like minded student and join a club!

Wednesday, August 29

LAVC RALLY
Location: Monarch Square
Event Time: 9am-1pm
Wear GREEN/GOLD to support your college and show school spirit. Also...FREE ICE CREAM!

SOCIAL NETWORKING
Location: Game Room (2nd floor of Student Union)
Event Time: 1pm-2pm
Join the Guiding Your Path to Success students and ASU to build connections with your peers and advisors.

Thursday, August 30

STUDENT RESOURCE FAIR
Location: Monarch Square
Event Time: 9am-1pm
Find out about campus resources. Meet departments that will help ease your way through Valley College.

OFFICE OPEN HOUSES
Location: Various locations
Event Time: 10am-5pm
Visit participating offices to ask about the services they offer.
