Hannah Rarity's recent Edinburgh Festival Fringe debut show at Acoustic Music Centre @ UCC was a very pleasant surprise sell-out. We are very well pleased to welcome Hannah to EFC on this first visit.
Since Hannah Rarity's introduction to the Scottish folk scene a few years ago, her spellbinding voice, warm, genuine stage manner, thoughtful interpretations of songs both new and old, have seen her perform in a number of exciting, varied settings. Hannah tours regularly with major US act, Cherish the Ladies, and appears solo on BBC TV's Hogmanay Live. She recently released a debut EP 'Beginnings'. Tonight Hannah appears with her band, performing traditional and self-penned songs. "...definitely a name to watch." (fRoots).
