Montréal-based folk artist. Behind the scenes of todays hyper-social conventions, Jesse is a lone wolf. Subtly enigmatic, on stage he is intriguingly comfortable yet remains unmistakably honest. His lyrics describe modern social archetypes, emotionally charged personal portraits and fictive memories from a parallel existence. His sounds depth is build from minimalism not heavy arrangements. Hes been compared to artists like Bonnie Prince Billy and Timber Timbre. Jesse grew up on a farm in Quebecs rustic South-West and is now based in Montreal.
