This symposium will help you learn how to improve your personal communication and programmatic communication across cultures.  Adopting Do's and Don'ts of culturally-respectful communication serves to strengthen mentor-mentee relationships, enhance case manager, youth and family relationships, improve program-family relationships, and improve mentor recruitment.
