Join ACE Mentor Students, Parents, Teachers, Team Leaders and Mentors for our Annual Student Exhibition scheduled for Saturday, May 20, 2017 from 10 am to 2 pm at San Diego State University's Student Union.
Please arrive early to check in and get to your respective presentation rooms.
All attendees are asked to register by May 9 (see instructions below if you need to register after May 9).
STUDENTS: You may enter 3 attendees (you and 2 guests).
1. Choose the number of attendees (1-3) and click on brown link called ADD TO CART.
2. ENTER your NAME as the Primary Attendee. Enter your ACE SCHOOL NAME in the Company/Org area. Finally, enter your email and phone info.
3. In ATTENDEE DETAILS enter YOUR NAME and GUEST NAMES (if you don't know your guest names, enter TBD). Enter your ACE SCHOOL NAME in the Company/Org area. Then click on COMPLETE ORDER.
4. You may print your registration ticket(s) to bring to the event.
TEACHERS, TEAM LEADERS, MENTORS, ACE SUPPORTERS:
1. Choose the number of attendees (1). Click on brown link called ADD TO CART.
2. In ATTENDEE DETAILS enter YOUR NAME. Enter your ACE SCHOOL NAME or FIRM NAME in the Company/Org area. Finally, enter your email and phone info. Then click on COMPLETE ORDER.
3. You may print your registration ticket to bring to the event.
RSVPs AFTER MAY 9 - RSVP by May 18 to ACESD@SBCGLOBAL.NET and provide your name, school or firm name and your guest names, if any.
Hosted parking for our event is in parking structure PS-3 (exit onto Zura Way off of College Avenue).
ACE San Diego cannot guarantee seating or a hosted lunch for any walk-in students or guests.
