On its 5th year, the West Coast Aerial Arts Festival (WCAAF) comprises of the aerial arts competition in many disciplines. There will also be various workshops offered. Check AerialArtsAmerica.org for links to attend workshops
There shall be a total of 9-12 categories, segregated according to age group, aerial arts apparatus, technical/work related levels, and more. Three (3) fundamental aerial apparatuses are included, to name: 1. Aerial Tissu also known as Silks, Fabric, Chiffon, Ribbon; 2. Aerial Hoop or Lyra; and Single or Double Point (Static) 3. Trapeze, however, there are open divisions that accept innovative and unlisted apparatuses.
