Join us on our first all out multi-modal Bike & Ride to Clear Comfort, Alice Austen's Staten Island home. In honor of Women's History Month we are visiting the Alice Austen House for a second year in row!! Only this time the museum is curating a mini tour just for us.
This ride starts from Brooklyn and Queens with ride pick-ups in the East Village, Staten Island Ferry Terminal at Whitehall Street and the St. George Terminal - Staten Island.
Please note: Participants leaving from Brooklyn. This portion of the ride is designed for beginner riders. Mileage and on street riding is reduced. GWC will lead the group to a nearby train station where we will take the subway to the Staten Island Ferry Terminal. Please carry a metrocard ready for use.
A $5 admission price per person to the Alice Austen House will include a guided museum tour

12:15-NYC Velo: 66 2nd Avenue, Manhattan
12:45-Staten Island Ferry Terminal, Manhattan
1:30-St. George Ferry Terminal, Staten Island
If you are not yet on a bike but are interested in cycling please come out and meet us at the museum. The Alice Austen House is reachable by car and/or public transportation.
Dress warm, hydrate, and check email and social media channels prior to ride day: below freezing temps, high winds, and/or wet conditions is likely to cancel event.
