It is a great irony that the present papacy, no friend of women or the Divine Feminine, is both canonizing Hildegard of Bingen and naming her a "doctor of the church." This program will explore her deep teachings about the Divine Feminine as well as the call to stand up to church corruption and patriarchal excess wherever it is found.
Hildegard of Bingen was brave and outspoken in her day and challenges us to match her courage and depth in our own. This program will seek to put us in touch with her animating and reforming power as she urges us to ""wake up", "be creative" and "be useful".
