We've found another excuse to collaborate with Ethereal Confections and we couldn't be more excited to finally have them back.
Our friends at Ethereal are preparing a series of chocolate confections to pair with four beers from the Goose Island Vintage Series.
We'll be pairing delicious and complex Ethereal chocolate offerings with:
-Matilda Belgian Pale Ale
-Lolita Wine Barrel-Aged Wild Ale w/ Raspberries
-Halia Wine Barrel-Aged Farmhouse Ale w/ Peaches
-Gillian Wine Barrel-Aged Farmhouse Ale w/ Strawberries, White Pepper & Honey
We'll be closed to the public for the evening. We will host an opening reception for ticketed guests from 5-7. Guests can grab a beer, relax and talk with friends before we move on to the pairing at 7 p.m.
Tickets are limited, so don't wait too long to grab a few. |
