This Pulitzer Prize winning comedy is a simple, charming and endearing romance for all those who think there is no one out there for them. Talley's folly is the 2nd in Wilson's cycle The Talley Trilogy. Set in a boathouse in Missouri in 1944, the story follows Matt, played by Vince Shatto, and Sally, played by Kendray Rodriguez, as they try and settle their feelings for one another. Lovingly directed by John Willey, Talley's Folly will be presented in the Gazebo in Library Park, Bath, ME. Show dates are Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays August 18, 19, 20 & 25, 26, 27, 2016. Show times are 6:30pm. All tickets are $12.
Bring a picnic dinner and enjoy yourselves in the park before settling in to watch this charming and delightful romantic comedy. The New York Times said that Talley's Folly is "a funny, sweet, touching and marvelously written and contrived love poem for an apple and an orange."
