Who This Presentation is Designed For: Individuals looking to discover how your perceptions could be preventing you from not only seeing opportunities, but also from taking actions that would lead directly to the results you ideally want. Although limited thinking is universal, it is your own, unique thinking that holds you back. Come prepared to examine and challenge yesterday's thinking.
Concepts Covered/Key Take-Aways: Brief explanation of a useful model of human behavior How our preconceived notions cause us to miss opportunities Where we are "following rules that don't apply" How our uninvestigated thoughts are driving our actions What it takes to make more productive choices How our "reasons" are costing us The first steps of the solution to the way out
Speaker:
Betty Jo Waxman is a Senior Trainer with Productive Leaning, a unique personal growth company that has been helping clients create and live the life they truly want since 1992. After receiving a bachelor's degree in Economics from UCLA and a master's degree in Art History from Vanderbilt University. Betty Jo discovered her love of personal growth and turned that into a career path she has followed for over 30 years. We all have within us the innate ability to create and live the life we truly want...If that ability is developed and nurtured. However, through the years, we've all formed habits and ways of thinking that directly conflict with what we want. Betty Jo is committed to assisting people in uncovering and addressing this habitual thinkng and behavior. She is a firm believer that all paths lead nowhere new without the mindset to propel us toward our dreams, and without the awareness to keep us from doing what we've always done.
