Started in 1995 at the Museum of Sound Recording, LoveSphere is a 67-year art installation project that celebrates the Spring Equinox every year. For our 20th anniversary, we are coming to Riverhead's Vail- Leavitt Music Hall March 21 at 8pm and March 22nd at 3pm.

This year we are celebrating our 20th anniversary with Multimedia Variety Show featuring cutting edge music and a demonstration of original Edison Technology at the historic Vail-Leavitt Music Hall, Riverhead NY.

The Museum of Interesting Things, founded by Denny Damiels, is a traveling interactive demonstration/exhibition of antiques and inventions inspiring innovation and creativity, bringing back tinkering and showing kids and adults their ipods did not pop out of thin air!  Like a circus...just no elephants.

Hidden City Orchestra
The Hidden City Orchestra is a performance art group surrounded by an improvising orchestra. The Hidden City Orchestra, an ever-shifting ensemble of musicians and instruments organized by composer George Cork Maul, performs free improvisation, live music to silent film, music to spoken word, poetry and dance and pieces with audience participation. http://georgecorkmaul.com/?page_id=29

Women of LoveSphere
Women of LoveSphere is a vocal group organized by ELECTRICMEG and Judy Sky.
Fusing ancient wisdom with modern technology, ELECTRICMEG is a renaissance woman who has harnessed her life's experience to help elevate the vibration of love on earth. She will be performing a new work entitled "Expelliarmus 396 - I Am Love" as well as sonic explorations with trumpet, vocals and effects.
Judy Sky is a performance artist,  installation artist and vocalist who performs in a wide variety of styles.

Fist of Kindness
Will be playing original songs from their upcoming album, THE BEAST WITHIN, as well as songs by the Shakers, and adaptations of William Blake and Gertrude Stein.  Fist of Kindness has five singers, two drummers, a banjo, cello, trumpet and accordion in addition to the usual instruments.

Grand Pepper of Reality
Doug Principato (AKA grand pepper of reality) is a seasoned composer, guitarist, multi-instrumentalist and producer with an ability to delve into a vast range of culturally diverse musical genres.
From his early years spearheading NYC's stoner-rock/acid-core music scene as lead guitarist with The Thing, to touring the world with the legendary punky reggae queen, Ari Up of The Slits, Doug's broad playing style propelled him into the spotlight. His passion for collaborating in unique soundscapes placed him on the cutting edge with other musical talents, ranging from Moroccan G'nawan fusion- funk /free jazz band, Majoun, tHe LaTteR who fused and abused sounds of the universe, to the critically acclaimed Earth People, comprised of some of the greatest luminaries of free jazz.
grand pepper of reality is the man and the band who blend psychedelic, rock, folk and improvisational elements creating a unique sound that connects with the audiences' heart strings. The band will be performing selections from the new album, "Songs That Saved My Life" to be released late spring. These tunes dive deep into intense personal experiences that spawned a very prolific writing period. Songs from the 2012 debut album, "Calling The Air" will also be featured. grand pepper of reality is Jonas Mannon - drums, Conrad Sparnroft - bass, Caroline Cutroneo  backing vocals and Doug Principato  composer, guitars and lead vocals. Improv Performances by UNCARVED BLOCK
UNCARVED BLOCK is The Van Reipen Collective's  ("a sweeter, jazzier take on the Wooster Group"- NYTheater.com) ongoing investigation of improvisation as performance.  Cassandra Victoria Chopourian, Steven Dworkin, Lauren Farber, Cupcake Gross, Gary Heidt and Kyungmi Lee spontaneously cross the boundaries from dance to music to theater to poetry.

Video Projection by VJ Metal Tiger
VJ Metal Tiger (AKA Terri Ferrari) is a pioneer is live video projection since the 1990's. His video tends to be surreal and very colorful in a way that looks like moving paintings in the Fauvist style. He has specialized in collaborative multimedia performances, immersive video environments and live webcasting of events. Often producing events that combine all three elements. He has presented large video installations at Burningman and performed at many Burningman related fundraisers.
